    The Gustavus women’s gymnastics team finished third out of four teams at the Gershon Invitational hosted by the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse. The Gusties posted a season high team score of 172.00 which included a season vault total of 45.70.

  • Men’s Hockey Downed by Bethel 4-1

    The Gustavus men’s hockey team fell to Bethel University 4-1 Friday night in St. Peter. The Royals scored just 2:17 into the game to take a lead they would not relinquish. Gustavus falls to 12-5-1 overall, 7-2-0 in the MIAC. The teams will meet again Saturday evening at Columbia Arena in Fridley.

  • Women’s Hockey Loses to #1 Middlebury 3-0

    The Gustavus women’s hockey team lost 3-0 to top ranked Middlebury on Friday afternoon in Middlebury, Vermont. The Gusties outshot the Panthers 26-20, but Middlebury scored a goal in each period to claim the victory. Gustavus is now 14-3-1 overall.

    The Gustavus men’s tennis team opened its 2006 spring season Thursday evening with an 8-1 win over NCAA Division II Hawai’i-Hilo in Honolulu, Hawai’i. The Gusties (1-0) continue their swing through Hawai’i Friday against Brigham Young University-Hawaii and Saturday against Division I University of Hawai’i-Manoa before returning to Minnesota.
