Gustavus sophomore goaltender Kevin Johnson has been named MIAC Men’s Hockey Player of the Week for his efforts in helping the Gusties claim two important wins over St. Olaf (4-3 and 4-3, OT) last weekend. Johnson made 63 saves in the two games and posted a .913 save percentage.

The Gustavus Adolphus women’s hockey team completed a weekend sweep of St. Olaf with a 6-3 win Saturday in Northfield. Jessie Doig scored two goals, including the game-winner, and an assist to lead the Gusties, who improve to 13-1-0 overall, 8-0-0 in the MIAC.
