Track & Field’s Joe Renier Featured On MIAC Student-Athlete Spotlight Posted on May 1st, 2014 by

Joe Renier became the first Gustie since 2008 to earn All-Conference honors at the MIAC Championships.

St. Paul – Gustavus Adolphus senior track and field runner Joe Renier (Cambridge, Minn.) has been featured on the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference’s (MIAC) Student-Athlete Spotlight.  The MIAC Student-Athlete Spotlight is a series highlighting different student-athletes within the conference each week.

Renier, a graduate of Cambridge-Isanti High School, is a biology major who also competes for Head Coach Dale Bahr on the cross country team.

Renier and the rest of the Gustavus track and field team will be in action this weekend when it travels to St. Paul to compete in the Meet of the UnSaintly hosted by Hamline University on Friday and Saturday.
