    The Gustavus men’s soccer team defeated Augsustana College (Ill.) 4-0 in Colorado Springs, Colorado on Sunday afternoon. The Gusties were led by forward Alex Groth who scored two goals. Forward Caleb Bousu added two assists.

    The Gustavus volleyball team kept their chances for a berth in the MIAC Playoffs alive Wednesday night with a 3-1 victory over Macalester in St. Peter. The Gusties improved to 13-11 overall and 4-6 in the MIAC with the win, while the Scots dropped to 10-16, 3-6 in the MIAC.

    The Gustavus women’s soccer team lost 1-0 to non-conference foe Grinnell College in overtime on Wednesday afternoon. The Pioneers scored the game-winner five minutes into the first overtime. Tori Boughton recorded 14 saves in goal for the Gusties.
