The Gustavus softball team swept Macalester College in St. Paul on Thursday, April 13. The Gusties defeated the Scots 7-0 in game one and 3-0 in game two. Pitcher Joyce DeWitz pitched ten innings faced 31 batters and allowed no hits.
Gustavus Softball Defeats Saint Olaf 8-2, 10-2
The Gustavus softball team swept Saint Olaf College winning 8-2 and 10-2 at Mabel Shirley Field in Northfield Wednesday. Pitcher Joyce Dewitz has won the last six decisions for the Gusties during their current six-game win streak.

The Gustavus softball team opened up the MIAC season with a sweep of the College of Saint Benedict on Saturday, April 2 in St. Joseph, Minn. The Gusties came from behind in game one to win 8-6 and defeated the Blazers 4-1 in game two.

The Gustavus softball team split with Tufts and Cornell on Saturday, March 26 at the Sun West Tournament in Orange, California. The Gusties lost 5-0 against Tufts in the opening game, but won 4-0 against Cornell in their second game of the day.
Softball Team Set to Play at Sun West Softball Tournament in California
The Gustavus softball team will travel to Orange, California over spring break to play in the eighth annual Sun West Softball Tournament hosted by Champan University. The Gusties will play eight games in six days at the tournament.
Women’s Softball Earns Three Splits to Open 2005 Season
The Gustavus women's softball team opened its 2005 season with three doubleheader splits at the Dome Tournament in Rosemount March 11-13. The Gusties are currently 3-3 after splitting with the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, Buena Vista, and Loras.

Three Gusties Named to the MIAC All-Conference Team
The Gustavus softball team had three players named to the MIAC All-Conference Team. Ingrid Olson and Audrey Lenoch were named to the all-conference team for the second time of their career, while Molly Biehn was named for the third time of her career.
