    The Women’s Golf Coaches Association announced the 2019-20 WGCA All-Region Teams for Division III Women’s Collegiate Golf on Monday and Gustavus sophomore Erin Ericson (So., Onalaska, Wis.) was named to the 12-member All-Central Region Team.

    Ericson, O’Neil, Fouchier Named September Athletes of the Month

    Women’s golfer Erin Ericson (So., Onalaska, Wis.) and men’s tennis players Michael O’Neil (Sr., Edina) and Daneil Fouchier (Fy., Nootdorp, Netherlands) have been named Gustavus Female and Co-Male Student-Athletes of the Month, which is voted on by the Gustavus Sports Information Department and presented by Thrivent Financial.

    Women’s Golf Takes Sixth at MIAC Championships

    The Gustavus women’s golf team took sixth place Monday at the MIAC Championships. The Gusties finished the 54-hole tournament with their best round at 328 and a total of 995. Bethel shot 308 on the final day to take the lead and the championship with a three-round total of 941.
