The women’s golf team continued its fine play this fall with a strong third place finish at the 13-team Southwest State Invitational played at Marshall (Minn.) Golf Club. The Gusties fired a 36-hole team score of 334-341-675.

Men’s Golf Team in 2nd Place after 1st Day of UW-Eau Claire Invite
The men’s golf team fired a first day score of 296 and is currently in second place at the UW-Eau Claire Invitational. The Gusties trail the host Blugolds by 10 shots. The tourney is being played at the Eau Claire Golf Club.

Men’s Golf Comes from Behind to Win St. John’s Invitational
The Gustavus men’s golf team rallied from 14 shots back after the first day to win the St. John’s Invitational. The Gusties finished at 308-290–598, two shots ahead of St. John’s. Senior Luke Benoit won the individual title with a total of 73-69–142.
