Women’s Basketball Heads to Macalester Wednesday Night

The Gustavus women’s basketball team continues its road trip Wednesday night at Macalester. The Gusties enter the contest 7-8 overall and 4-4 in the MIAC, while the Scots are 3-12 overall and 1-7 in the league.

Gymnastics Scores 182.175 at Best of Minnesota

The Gustavus gymnastics team Saturday started its 2019 season, taking fourth at the Best of Minnesota Meet at the University of Minnesota. The Gusties scored 182.175, which is the highest team score in the first meet of the season in program history.

Women’s Hoops Falters Late, Loses 64-58 at St. Kate’s

The Gustavus women’s basketball team Saturday suffered a 64-58 loss at St. Catherine, dropping to 7-8 overall and 4-4 in the MIAC. The Gusties led by as much as 10 in the fourth quarter, but the Wildcats finished the game on a 14-1 run in the final 3:41 to complete the improbable comeback.
