Men’s And Women’s Track & Field Take Part In Dan Teague All-American 10K Posted on April 26th, 2012 by

A contingent of runners from the Gustavus men’s and women’s track and field team participated in the Dan Teague All-American 10K on Wednesday in St. Paul, Minn. The race was part of the Hamline Women’s Twilight Meet.

Gustavus’ Adam Lund won the men’s 10K race in 32:01.11. Teammate Mark Bartley placed second with a time of 32:26.91, while Dom Aulagnon of Lakehead University took third in 32:52.25. Other Gustie men who participated included Dillon Emo in fourth with a time of 33:44.37, Chad Claybaugh in fifth at 34:04.96 and Joe Renier in eighth at 34:49.00.

Hilary Quirion of Lakehead claimed the women’s race in 37:54.55. The top Gustie women’s runner was Beth Hauer in second with a time of 38:15.24. Caitlin Fermoyle took fourth for Gustavus, crossing the line in 39:04.94.

The Gustavus men’s and women’s track and field teams will host the Drake Alternatives Saturday in St. Peter, Minn.
