Gustavus Adolphus standout senior women’s golfer Katie Schenfeld (Indianola, Iowa) has been featured in Rich Mies’s MIAC Profiles of Excellence. Schenfeld led the Gusties to a second place finish at the 2011 NCAA Women’s Golf Championships, finishing tied for third overall individually and taking home All-America honors. The Iowa native won the MIAC individual crown for the second consecutive season earlier this fall and was recently named the Senior Golfer of the Year in the MIAC.
