Women’s Golf Finishes Third in Division III WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award

The Gustavus women's golf team placed third in the Division III WGCA All-Scholar Team GPA Award with a GPA of 3.862. Macalester had the top GPA in Division III at 3.944 and the University of Texas at Dallas was second at 3.910. 

Seven Women’s Golfers Recognized as WGCA All-America Scholars

Seven Gustavus women’s golfers were recently named WGCA All-American Scholars – Emily Kratz (Jr., Edina), Laurel Ward (So., Bozeman Mont.), Erin Ericson (Jr., Onalaska, Wis.), Sydney Regalado (Jr., Rosemount), Hannah Hubbart (So., Hastings), Kristin Martens (So., Sartell), and Annika Reierson (Fy., Delano). 

237 Gusties Named MIAC Academic All-Conference

On Tuesday, the MIAC announced its Academic All-Conference Teams for the full 2020-21 academic year, which included a record 237 student-athletes from Gustavus.

Aney, Regalado Receive MIAC Elite 22 Award

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) recognized some of its best and brightest student-athletes on Wednesday with the announcement of the 2020-21 Elite 22 Awards. Gustavus’s Sydney Regalado (Jr., Rosemount) won the honor for women’s golf, while Nick Aney (Jr., Rochester) was the recipient for men’s tennis.

The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WCGA) Wednesday released the 2020-21 Division III Women's Collegiate Golf All-Region Team and Gustavus junior Emily Kratz (Jr., Edina) was selected to the 12-member All-Midwest Region Team.
