Four Gustie Golfers Earn All-Region Honors

Four Gustavus golfers earned All-Region honors this week. Emily Kratz (Sr., Edina) was named WCGA All-Region 3, while Jacob Pedersen (Sr., Minnetonka), Max Ullan (Sr., Blaine), and Wyatt Wasko (Jr., Lake Elmo) were named PING All-Region 6. 

Ericson, Kratz, Regalado Named MIAC Women’s Golf All-MIAC

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced its women's golf postseason awards on Monday and three Gusties received recognition. Seniors Erin Ericson (Onalaska, Wis.), Emily Kratz (Edina), and Sydney Regalado (Rosemount) were all named to the All-Conference Team. 

Women’s Golf Finishes Fourth at Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite, Wins Northfield Challenge

After lightning and storms cut the first round short at the Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite on Saturday at Willingers Golf Club, the Gustavus women's golf team finished the round Sunday morning with a score of 343, taking fourth place out of 14 teams.

Weather Shortens Women’s Golf at Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite

Lightning and storms cut the first round short at the Carleton St. Olaf Spring Invite on Saturday at Willingers Golf Club. The Gusties finished on holes 12, 13, and 14 and are 32-over par, sitting in fourth place out of 14 teams. 

Women’s Golf at Bethel on Friday and Saturday Postponed

The Gustavus women's golf team was scheduled to compete at Bethel's Rumble at the Ridge in White Bear Lake on April 15-16 but that event is postponed due to forecasted cold temperatures. The event may be rescheduled at a later date.

Kratz Named MIAC Women’s Golfer of the Week

Emily Kratz (Sr., Edina) earned medalists honors at the Wartburg Spring Invitational on April 9-10, helping the Gusties to a second-place team finish at the event.

Women’s Golf Takes Second at Wartburg, Kratz Wins Medalist Honors

The Gustavus women's golf team took second place out of 14 teams Sunday at the Wartburg Spring Invitational. The Gusties shot a 313-317-630 (+70), which was 10 strokes off the leader Bethel. 

Women’s Golf Tied for Second at Wartburg After First Round

After carding a 313 (+33) during the first round of the Wartburg Spring Invitational on Saturday, the Gustavus women's golf team sits in a four-way tie for second place.

Ericson Named MIAC Women’s Golfer of the Week

Erin Ericson (Sr., Onalaska, Wis.) started the spring season by leading Gustavus with a 12th place finish out of 82 golfers at the WashU Spring Invitational on April 3-4. Ericson carded a 12-over-par score of 152 (74-78) with four birdies throughout the two-round tournament in Maryland Heights, Mo. For her performance, Ericson has been named MIAC Women's Golf Athlete of the Week. 

Women’s Golf Takes Seventh at WashU Spring Invite

The Gustavus women’s golf team finished its first competition of the spring season Monday at the Washington University-St. Louis Spring Invitational and took seventh place out of 14 teams. The Gusties carded a 311-321-632 (+72). Illinois Wesleyan won the invite with a 290-310-600.
