Gustavus's Gustav Bengtson will look to pick up where he left off in 2010, as he is currently on a six-game point streak heading into Friday
The Gustavus men’s hockey is set to kick off the new year with a non-conference test against St. Olaf on Friday night at 7:05 p.m in Don Roberts Ice Rink. The Gusties enter the game with a 9-3-1 overall record and a 3-2-1 MIAC record, while St. Olaf comes in with a 4-5-3 overall and a 0-3-3 MIAC record.
Gustavus is 1-0-1 against St. Olaf so far this season, taking three points in the MIAC opening series of the 2010-11 season on Nov. 11-12. Gustavus won Friday night 5-2 in Northfield before coming away with a 3-3 tie on Saturday in St. Peter.
