Katie Schenfeld
Gustavus sophomore Katie Schenfeld (Indianola, Iowa) has been named MIAC Golfer of the Week by the league’s golf coaches. Schenfeld finished first individually with a career best 36-hole total of 74-76–150 at the St. Thomas Invitational played at Pebble Creek Golf Club in Becker, Minn. Schenfeld’s total is the fourth best 36-hole score in program history. As a team, #3 Gustavus placed first out of 13 teams, 17 strokes ahead of #2 UW-Stevens Point.
