Men’s Golf In Fifth Place After First Round of Wartburg Invitational Posted on April 10th, 2009 by

The Gustavus men’s golf team shot a first round score of 303 and is in fifth place out of 18 teams at the Wartburg Invitational, which is being played in Waverly, Iowa. St. Thomas is in first place with a total of 296. Individually, Gustavus was led by A.J. Olson, who is in a tie for fifth place with a score of 73. The 36-hole tournament will conclude on Saturday.
