The Gustavus women’s golf team rallied on the second day to win the UW-Eau Claire Invitational by one stroke over Wartburg College. The Gusties posted a 36-hole team score of 314-332–646 and edged Wartburg by one stroke as the Knights posted a total of 313-334–647. The Gustavus second team finished sixth (out of 20 teams) with a team total of 330-350–680. Gustavus was led individually by Kali Griggs who finished fourth with a total of 80-79–159. Amanda Woodhull tied for fifth at 77-83–160, and Katie Schenfeld tied for 7th at 77-84–161. Gustavus will play in the Wartburg Invitational next weekend in Waverly, Iowa.
