Gustavus Adolphus College junior outside hitter Tara Houlihan (Sioux Falls, S.D.) was named the MIAC Hitter of the Week after leading the Gusties to a 4-0 week. Houlihan surpassed the 1,000-dig mark in the Gusties’ match against Buena Vista at the Carleton Classic and needs only ten digs in Wednesday’s match at St. Olaf to become the all-time dig leader at Gustavus. Houlihan recorded 35 digs in the Gusties’ five-game upset over #18 UW-Oshkosh.
