The Gustavus men’s cross country team hosted the alumni on Saturday afternoon in St. Peter, Minnesota. Doug Cowles, class of 1996, won the race with a time of 16:33. Alex Zupan was the top finisher for the team in second place with a time of 16:41. Dan Freeman was the top freshman finishing in fifth place with a time of 17:06.
Gustavus returns to intercollegiate competition next Saturday at the Les Duke Invitational hosted by Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. Complete results of the meet are as follows:
