The Gustavus volleyball team travels to Carleton Wednesday night for a 7 p.m. contest. The Gusties enter the matchup 10-12 overall and 3-2 in the MIAC while the Knights enter 5-14 overall and 1-4 in the conference.

Holtan Leads Volleyball to Win Over Hamline

Kate Holtan (Jr., Rochester)  recorded 25 kills on Saturday, the most by a Gustavus volleyball player since 2003, as the Gusties took down Hamline 3-1. With the win the Gusties improve to 10-8 overall and 3-1 in the MIAC while the Pipers fall to 11-6 overall and 2-2 in the conference.

Volleyball Battles for Five-Set Win Over St. Kate’s

In a match that featured 30 tied scores and 13 lead changes, the Gustavus volleyball team scrapped together a five-set victory over St. Catherine on Wednesday night, 22-25, 25-15, 25-22, 25-27, 15-13. The Gusties improve to 9-8 overall and 2-1 in the MIAC, while the Wildcats drop to 10-8 overall and 0-3 in the league.
