Volleyball Suffers 3-0 Defeat At Home To Bethel

The Gustavus volleyball team fell 3-0 at the hands of Bethel on Friday night in St. Peter, Minn. Gustavus falls to 13-6 overall and 3-2 in the MIAC, while Bethel improves to 14-6 overall and 4-1 in the MIAC with the victory.

Christina Riester doubled in game two to bring in the eventual game-winning run. 

Softball Back On Track, Sweeps Bethel 9-1, 8-5

With a sweep over Bethel on Saturday afternoon in St. Peter, the Gustavus softball team gained a firm grasp of second place in the conference standings with an overall record of 18-11-1 and a MIAC mark of 11-2-1. Bethel falls to 18-12 overall and 9-5 in the MIAC with the losses.

Women’s Tennis Defeats Concordia 9-0, Bethel 9-0

The Gustavus women’s tennis picked up a pair of 9-0 victories against MIAC opponents Concordia and Bethel on Saturday in St. Peter, Minn. The Gusties improved to 12-9 overall and 5-0 in the MIAC with the wins.

Women’s Basketball Defeats Bethel 67-63 In First Round Of MIAC Playoffs

The Gustavus women's basketball team defeated Bethel 67-63 in the MIAC Playoff Quarterfinals on Tuesday night in St. Peter, Minn. The Gusties were led in scoring by Molly Mathiowetz who had 16 points. Gustavus moves on to play #1 seed St. Thomas in the semifinals on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. in St. Paul.
