Kolquist In 23rd Place at NCAA Men’s Golf Tourney

Gustavus sophomore Alex Kolquist fired a five-over par 77 on Thursday in the third round of the NCAA Championships, which are being played in Greeensboro, North Carolina. Kolquist, who has a 54-hole total of 72-73-77--222, sits in 23rd place individually.

Gustavus Adolphus men’s golfer Alex Kolquist has earned MIAC Golf Co-Athlete of the Week honors for his second place performance at the Twin Cities Classic on Oct 9-11.

Men’s Golf In Fourth After Day Two Of Twin Cities Classic

The Gustavus men's golf team is currenlty in fourth place following day two of competition at the Twin Cities Classic. The Gusties recorded a 306 in day one and a 289 in day two for a two-day total 595 (+19). Illinois Wesleyan is in first place with a two-day score of 583 (296-287). Carthage and St. Cloud State round out the top three in second (586) and third (587), respectively. Day two was held at the Links at Northfork in Ramsey, Minn.
