Swimming Competes in Day One of MN Challenge
The Gustavus women's and men's swimming teams competed against a field of Division I opponents in the first events of MN Challenge.
Swim and Dive Wins Over SJU and CSB on Senior Day
SAINT PETER, Minn. - The Gustavus women's and men's swim and diving teams topped Saint Benedict and Saint John's in their final home meet of the season. The Gustie women won 195-99 while the men won by a margin of 201-86.
Swim & Dive Selected as CSCAA Scholar All-America Teams
The Gustavus Adolphus College men's and women's swimming & diving teams have been selected by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as Scholar All-America Teams. The men and women posted GPAs of 3.52 and 3.49, respectively, to earn the honors.
Hudson, Hofstede Named MIAC Swimmers of the Week
Gustavus swimmers Dane Hudson (Jr., Eden Prairie) and Ellen Hofstede (Jr., Hopkins) have been selected MIAC Swimming & Diving Athletes of the Week for their performances at the UW-Stevens Point Invite last Friday and Saturday.

STEVENS POINT, Wis. - The Gustavus women's and men's swim and dive teams had winning finishes in day two of the Point Invite. The Gustie women recorded a score of 1554 to UWSP's 1251 while the Gustie men won by a margin of 1353.5-1264.5.
Swimming and Diving Off to a Strong Start After Day One of Point Invite
STEVENS POINT, Wis. - The Gustavus swim and dive teams got out to a strong start winning 10 out of 18 opening events of the Point Invite. The Gustie women finished day one ahead of Stevens Point 738-510 while the Gustie men scored 646 to the Pointers 537.
Swimming and Diving Wins Dual Meet at Carleton
NORTHFIELD, Minn. - The Gustavus women and men's swimming and diving teams had top finishes in 22 events in their Friday meet at Carleton. The Gustie women won 161-139 while the men won by a margin of 175-96.
Winter Sports Canceled Jan. 8-10
Due to the increased number of COVID cases, recent NCAA guidelines, and policy changes that will soon take place, all Gustavus athletic events on Jan. 8, 9, and 10 are postponed. The MIAC contests are considered forfeit losses for the Gusties under the current MIAC policy.
Swim & Dive Meet Saturday at CSB/SJU Canceled
The Gustavus men's and women's swimming & diving meet scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday at Saint Ben's/Saint John's has been canceled due to COVID testing protocols. The Gusties are next scheduled to compete on Friday, Jan. 14 at Carleton.
