Gustavus Adolphus College took the first-day lead in both the men’s and women’s team race at the 2004 MIAC Championships, contested at the University of Minnesota’s Aquatics Center. The women have recorded 241 points and the men have recorded 256 points.

Erich Ziegler named MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week

Gustavus Adolphus sophomore Erich Ziegler (Crystal Falls, Mich.) was named the MIAC Nordic Skier of the Week for February 2-8. Ziegler won the 24 kilometer classical race at the North End Classic in Cable Wisconsin on Sunday, February 8.
