Senior defender Kelly Keith (Minneapolis, Minn.) and sophomore midfielder Amy Larson (Bloomington, Minn.) both received honorable mention for the 2004 MIAC All-Conference team.

Kelly Keith, a four-year starter, anchored the defense for the Gusties this year. As a second-year captain, Keith provided leadership and experience to a relatively young team. Keith was named first team all-conference in her sophomore and junior seasons and received honorable mention honors for her efforts this year.

Amy Larson was the Gusties’ most dangerous offensive player this year. She led the 2004 squad in goals (5), assists (3), and points (13). Larson scored the game winning goal in three of the Gusties’ five wins this season, good for the fifth-highest mark in the conference this year. This is her first MIAC all-conference honor.

The Gusties finished their season with an overall record of 5-10-2 and 4-7-0 in conference play. Gustavus finished tied with St. Mary’s for eighth place in the MIAC.
