St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s tennis team defeated Saint John’s University 9-0 on Thursday afternoon at the Brown Outdoor Courts. The Gusties picked up all nine of its points via straight set wins to improve to 15-10 overall and 7-0 in the MIAC.
The Gustavus men’s tennis team will now gear up for its final two matches of the 2015 regular season. The Gusties will kick off the weekend on Saturday, April 25 with a 2:30 p.m. match against Carleton College in Northfield. The weekend will then come to a close on Sunday, April 26 with a 1:00 p.m. match against St. Thomas in St. Paul.
