Severe weather forced the cancellation of Friday’s final round at the 2011 NCAA Division III Women’s Golf Championships held at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida. Despite much of the final round being completed before weather halted play, the final results are based solely on how Thursday’s round three concluded, per NCAA by-laws. As a result, Gustavus ended up finishing second for the second consecutive year to Methodist College. Individually, Katie Schenfeld finished in a tie for third place, while Rikka Holiday finished in a tie for sixth place.
