Women’s Golf Posts Second Highest GPA in Division III Posted on July 21st, 2023 by

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. — The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) recently announced its 2022-23 All-Scholar Team GPA Award winners, recognizing the women’s collegiate golf programs with the highest collective average team GPA during the 2022-23 academic year. The Gustavus women’s golf team earned recognition with the second highest cumulative GPA (3.818) in all of NCAA Division III. Middlebury College edged the Gusties for top GPA in the country, finishing the season with a mark of 3.859.

About the Women’s Golf Coaches Association

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association, founded in 1983, is a non-profit organization representing women’s collegiate golf coaches. The WGCA was formed to encourage the playing of college golf for women in correlation with a general objective of education and in accordance with the highest tradition of intercollegiate competition. Today, the WGCA represents over 700 coaches throughout the U.S. and is dedicated to educating, promoting and recognizing both its members and the student-athletes they represent.
