Women’s Soccer Falls to UW-Eau Claire 3-1

The Gustavus women's soccer team Sunday afternoon lost 3-1 to UW-Eau Claire in the final non-conference game of the season. The Gusties drop to 7-8 overall and the Blugolds improve to 7-7-2.

Men’s Soccer Tops UW-Whitewater

The Gustavus men's soccer team took a 1-0 victory over the UW-Whitewater Warhawks. With the win, the Gusties improve to 10-4 overall and remain 4-2 in the conference.

Women’s Soccer Blanks St. Olaf

The Gustavus women's team traveled to Northfield on Saturday and took a 1-0 victory over St. Olaf. With the win, the Gusties improve to 7-7 overall and 4-4 in the MIAC.

Football Runs to 33-21 Win Over Hamline

The Gustavus football team ran for 403 yards in a 33-21 victory over Hamline on Saturday. Rohee Konde (So., Hopkins) carried the load for the Gusties with 26 rushes for 207 yards and three touchdowns. The Gusties improve to 5-1 overall and 3-1 in the MIAC, while the Pipers drop to 3-3 overall and 1-3 in the league. 

Men’s Soccer Falls to No. 17 St. Olaf

In a conference matchup of two nationally ranked opponents, Gustavus at 20 and St. Olaf at 17, the Gusties suffered a 4-2 loss and fall to 9-4 overall and 4-2 in the MIAC.

Aney, Budde Wrap Up ITA Cup with Pair of Losses

A day removed from upsetting the top seeded team in a third set breaker, Aney and Budde were close to advancing in the national doubles draw, but lost 7-6 (4), 7-5 to Esses and Raina of Emory. Aney and Budde then lost 6-2, 6-4 against Middlebury's Harris and Laber. 

Cross Country Finishes Top-Five at UW-La Crosse

Both the Gustavus men's and women's cross country teams finished in the top-five at the UW-La Crosse Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational on Friday. The Gustie men took fifth out of 23 teams with a score of 131, while the women placed fourth out of 20 with 137 points.

Football Back at Hollingsworth Field Saturday Taking On Hamline

The Gustavus football team is set for a MIAC cross-divisional game Saturday afternoon against Hamline. The Gusties enter the game 4-1 overall, 2-1 in the MIAC, and 1-0 in the Northwoods Division, while the Pipers are 3-2 overall, 1-2 in the MIAC, and 0-0 in the Skyline Division.

Comeback Win Advances Aney, Budde at ITA Cup

The Gustavus men's tennis top doubles team of Nick Aney (Sr., Rochester) and Alex Budde (Jr., Menomonee Falls, Wis.) fought back from a 6-4 first set loss to defeat Leach and Lemaitre of George Fox 7-6 (5), 10-8 in second and third sets for an upset victory in the first round of the ITA Cup at the Rome Tennis Center on Thursday. 

Volleyball Sweeps St. Catherine

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The No. 25  nationally ranked Gusties traveled to St. Catherine for a Wednesday night contest for a conference match where Gustavus took a 3-0 win over St. Catherine. With the win, the Gusties improve to 19-4 and 6-1 in the MIAC.
