Football Hosts Saint John’s Saturday on Hall of Fame Day

The Gustavus football team welcomes Saint John's to Hollingsworth Field on Saturday for a 1 p.m. MIAC Northwoods Division game. The Gusties enter the matchup 5-1 overall, 3-1 in the MIAC, and 1-0 in the division, while the No. 5-ranked Johnnies are 6-0 overall, 4-0 in the league, and 1-0 in the division. 

All-Around Performance Lifts Men’s Soccer Past Concordia

SAINT JOSEPH, Minn. - The Gustavus men's soccer team traveled to Saint Benedict on Wednesday to play a rescheduled conference match against the Concordia Cobbers due to inclement weather. The Gusties took a 5-2 victory and improve to 11-4 overall and 5-2 in the conference.

Volleyball Splits in Non-Conference Triangular

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - The Gustavus volleyball team traveled to Saint Paul on Tuesday night for a pair of non-conference matches. The Gusties, ranked 25th in the nation won over the Loras Duhawks 3-1, and fell to the Northwestern Eagles 3-0. With the win and the loss the Gusties move to 19-5 overall and remain 5-1 in the MIAC.

Women’s Golf Finishes in 17th at Golfweek

Miramar Beach, Fla. – The Gustavus women’s golf team carded a three round score of 968 (332-320-316) following their final day of Golfweek.

Men’s Golf Finishes in Eighth at Golfweek

The Gustavus men’s golf team finished in eighth place out of 24 teams in the Golfweek Division III Invite, carding a final score of 876. 296-286-294 (+24).

Men’s Golf in Seventh at Golfweek

Sandestin, Fla. – The Gustavus men’s golf team is currently in seventh place after moving day at the Golfweek DIII Invitational after shooting 286 in the second round. Combined with their first round score of 296, the Gusties total 582 (+14)

Kratz in 24th on Moving Day

Miramar Beach, Fla. – The Gustavus women’s golf team carded a 320 in the second round of the Golfweek DIII Invite. Combined with their Sunday score of 332, the Gusties are in 18th with a 652. Abegglen, Konde Earn MIAC Football Player of the Week Honors

Gustavus football players Andrew Abegglen (Jr., Mound) and Rohee Konde (So., Hopkins) have been selected MIAC Football Players of the Week. Abegglen earns his third MIAC Special Teams Player of the Week honor, while Konde is the MIAC Offensive Player of the Week. 

Women’s Golf Opens Day One of Golfweek

Miramar Beach, Fla. - The Gustavus women's golf team carded a 332 (+44) in the opening round of the Golfweek DIII Invite. Centre College leads the tournament with a first round score of 295 (+7).

Men’s Golf Tied in 6th/24 on Day One of Golfweek

Sandestin, Fla. - The Gustavus men's golf team is currently tied in sixth place after day one of the Golfweek DIII Invitational after shooting 296. Emory leads the tournament by nine strokes.
