BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Robbie Goor (Jr., Anoka) minded the net in both games over the weekend as the Gustavus men’s hockey team split a series with Augsburg. The junior stood tall in net on Friday, allowing just one even-strength goal while making 41 saves. Goor then posted 20 saves on Saturday, allowing just one goal in Gustavus’s upset of the No. 7-ranked Auggies. For his performances, Goor is selected as the MIAC Men’s Hockey Athlete of the Week. Goor is the first Gustavus men’s hockey player to earn MIAC Athlete of the Week since goalie John McLean won the weekly honor on Feb. 16, 2015.
