Football Begins MIAC Play Saturday at No. 4 Saint John’s
The Gustavus football team is set to begin its MIAC schedule on Saturday as they take on No. 4 Saint John's in Collegeville, Minn. for a 1 p.m. contest. The Gusties enter the contest 2-0 while the Johnnies are 1-0.
Gustavus Set to Host ITA Women’s Midwest Regional Championships
Gustavus Adolphus College is set to host the 2019 ITA Women's Midwest Regional Championships in Saint Peter, Minn. this weekend. The tournament runs from Friday, Sept. 20 through Monday, Sept. 23 and will feature 28 of the top teams in the region at eight sites throughout Saint Peter and Mankato. The tournament begins play at 9 a.m. Friday.
Volleyball Heads to Augsburg Friday for MIAC Opener
The Gustavus volleyball team is set to open MIAC play Friday when they travel to Minneapolis where they'll matchup against No. 18 Augsburg at 7 p.m. The Gusties enter the match 7-6 overall while the Auggies are 10-2.
Men’s Soccer Wins MIAC Opener 2-1 Over St. Thomas
The Gustavus men's soccer team traveled to St. Paul on Wednesday to take on St. Thomas and took home the victory 2-1. The Gusties, who started five players in their first year of the program and played eight total in the contest, move to 5-1 overall and 1-0 in the MIAC while the Tommies are 1-3-3 and 0-1 in the conference.

The Gustavus men’s soccer team opens Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play Wednesday at St. Thomas. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in St. Paul. The Gusties enter the contest 4-1 overall while the Tommies are 1-2-3.
Volleyball Wins First Home Match of Season Against Morris
The Gustavus volleyball team hosted Minnesota-Morris for its home opener on Tuesday night and took the match in straight sets, 25-14, 25-17, 25-19. With the win the Gusties improve to 7-6 while Morris falls to 4-8.
Women’s Soccer Falls at No. 9 St. Thomas
The Gustavus women’s soccer team Tuesday lost 3-0 at No. 9-ranked St. Thomas. The Gusties fall to 0-5 overall and 0-1 in the MIAC while the Tommies are now 4-0 and 1-0 in the league.
Ericson Named MIAC Women’s Golfer of the Week
Gustavus women's golfer Erin Ericson (So., Onalaska, Wis.) captured her first career medalist honor, carding a three-over-par 75-72-147 to win Division III Classic in a field of 90 golfers over the weekend. For her performance, Ericson was awarded the MIAC Women's Golfer of the Week.
