Football Falls to No. 4 Saint John’s 33-21
The Gustavus football team traveled to No. 4 Saint John's on Saturday and fell by a score of 33-21. With the loss the Gusties fall to 2-1 overall and 0-1 in the MIAC while the Johnnies move to 2-0 and 1-0 in the conference.

The Gustavus men's soccer team hosted Saint Mary's on Saturday and took down the Cardinals 2-0. With the win the Gusties improve to 6-1 on the season and 2-0 in the MIAC while the Cardinals fall to 3-3 and 0-1 in the conference.
Women’s Cross Country Finishes Fourth at Running of the Cows
The Gustavus women’s cross country team Saturday took fourth out of 14 teams at Carleton’s Running of the Cows. Carleton won the event, UW-La Crosse took second, and Minnesota State-Mankato placed third.

Multiple Gusties Advance at ITA Women’s Tennis Regional
The 2019 ITA Women’s Midwest Regional Championships started Friday at Gustavus Adolphus College and a number of Gusties advanced in both singles and doubles play.
Volleyball Falls in Five to Augsburg
The Gustavus volleyball team traveled to Augsburg Friday night and fell to the No. 18 Auggies 3-2. With the loss the Gusties fall to 7-7 and 0-1 in the MIAC on the season while the Auggies are 11-2 and 1-0 in conference play.
Golf Teams to Take Part in Competitive Invitationals This Weekend
The Gustavus men’s and women’s golf teams are both in action this weekend. The men will take part in the Saint John’s Fall Invitational, played at Greystone Golf Club and Black Berry Ridge, while the women are competing in the St. Kate’s Invite at the Wilds Golf Club. Both tournaments run Saturday and Sunday.
Men’s Soccer Host Saint Mary’s Saturday
The Gustavus men's soccer team hosts Saint Mary's Saturday at 1 p.m. for its first home MIAC match of the 2019 season. The Gusties enter the contest 5-1 and 1-0 in the MIAC while Saint Mary's is 3-2 overall and has not yet played a conference contest.

The Gustavus women’s soccer team hosts Saint Mary’s at 3:30 p.m. Saturday for its first home conference game of the season. The Gusties enter the contest 0-5 overall and 0-1 in the MIAC, while the Cardinals are 4-1 overall and 0-1 in the league.
Cross Country Set to Race at Carleton’s Running of the Cows
After nearly three weeks away from competition, the Gustavus cross country teams are set to race Saturday at Carleton’s Running of the Cows. The men’s 8k race begins at 10:30 a.m. and the women’s 6k follows at 11:30.
