ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Gustavus women’s golf team competed at the WashU Invite Saturday. After day one of competition the Gusties currently sit in fifth place at 322 (+34) which is 18 strokes behind the leader Carleton (304).
In their first round of the spring season the Gusties got solid rounds from all five cards with each individual shooting below an 83. The scoring after day one goes as follows:
- Morgan Bleyhl (Jr., Elk River, Minn.) – 79
- Ellie Brandt (Sr., Wayzata, Minn.) – 80
- Sydney Regalado (Fy., Rosemount, Minn.)– 81
- Emily Kratz (Fy., Edina, Minn.) – 82
- Erin Ericson (Fy., Onalaska, Wis.) – 83
The Gusties will be back in action tomorrow to finish play at the Invite
