SAINT PAUL, Minn. –  The Gustavus men’s hockey team suffered a 1-0 overtime loss at Hamline on Friday night. The loss drops the Gusties to 2-4-1 overall and 0-2-1 in the MIAC, while the Pipers improve to 2-5 overall and 2-1 in the league.

The game-winner was scored 1:34 into the first overtime. The Gusties outshot the Pipers 31-21, but were unable to find the back of the net. Both teams went 0-3 on the power play. Robbie Goor (So., Anoka, Minn.) took the loss after making 20 saves.

Gustavus and Hamline wrap up the series at 7:05 p.m. Saturday at Don Roberts Ice Rink.
