Facing a familiar foe in Middlebury College’s top duo of Lubomir Cuba and William de Quant in the 2017 NCAA Division III Men’s Tennis Doubles Tournament, the Gustavus pair of Mohanad Alhouni (Jr., Tripoli, Libya) and Patrick Whaling (So., Manikob Sabot, Va.) ended their season with a 3-6, 6-7 loss on Friday afternoon.

The Gustavus women’s soccer team is excited to be hosting two different residential camps this summer. Head Coach Laura Burnett-Kurie and the Gusties will host a Co-Ed Youth Soccer Camp, ages 8-17 (June 25-28), and a high-level High School Girls Camp, grades 9-12 (July 9-12).

Hensch Takes 17th In Javelin At NCAA Championships

Gustavus men’s throwing specialist Michael Hensch (So., North Branch, Minn.) took 17th place in the javelin Thursday at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championships. Hensch’s throw registered at 182-10. Seth Nonnenmacher, a junior from George Fox, won the event with a heave of 227-1 setting a new stadium record at the SPIRE Institute.
