ST. PETER, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s golf team will compete in its final regular season spring invitational this weekend at Saint John’s Spring Invitational in St. Cloud and Monticello, Minn.
Round one begins at noon on Saturday at Territory Golf Club in St. Cloud prior to the final round on Sunday beginning with an 8:15 a.m. 36-hole shotgun at Monticello Country Club.
Last weekend, the Gusties hosted their lone meet of the spring in the Bobby Krig Invite in Jordan and Le Sueur, Minn. They turned in a three-round total of 887 (+39) to notch a third place finish. Ben Hauge (Fy., Ramsey, Minn.) led Gustavus with a fourth place finish, carding a 74-70-74-218 (+6), marking the first top-five finish of his young career.
