CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars were announced Tuesday and four Gustavus student-athletes were recognized with the prestigious honor – senior Chloe Altmann (Olivia, Minn.), junior Mae Meierhenry (Sioux Falls, S.D.), sophomore Jessica Nelson (Wayzata, Minn.), and first-year Ellie Brandt (Wayzata, Minn.). The criteria for selection to the All-America Scholar Team includes a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5. A total of 830 women’s collegiate golfers make up the 2015-16 season’s team.
