Women’s Golf Tied For Carleton Invite Lead After Day One Posted on April 30th, 2016 by

Gustavus seniors Chloe Altmann, Emilie Anderson, and Hannah Erickson will golf their final rounds of collegiate golf tomorrow.

HASTINGS, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s golf team is tied for the Carleton Invite lead after the first round that was played at Bellwood Oaks Golf Course. The Gusties scored a 324 and are tied with the University of St. Thomas going into tomorrow’s second round that will also be played also Bellwood. 

“This was a good round today for the ladies,” said Coach Scott Moe. “We’re looking forward to a great finish tomorrow…sadly, tomorrow marks the end of collegiate careers for Chloe Altmann, Emilie Anderson, and Hannah Erickson. I can’t thank them enough for all that they have given to Gustavus and our golf program. They have been great ambassadors for the team and the College. We’re truly fortunate to have called them Gustie golfers!”

The Carleton Invite resumes tomorrow at noon.
