Erik Johnson and the rest of the Gustavus men's hockey team will travel to Moorhead for its opening MIAC series of the season against Concordia this weekend.
St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s hockey team will travel to Moorhead, Minnesota for the opening series of its 2014-15 MIAC schedule against the Cobbers of Concordia College.
The Gusties and Cobbers will begin the weekend with a 7:00 p.m. game on Friday, Nov. 14. The two teams will then cap the weekend on Saturday, Nov. 15 with a 2:00 p.m. game. Both contests will be played at the Moorhead Sports Center.
Gustavus heads into league play at 2-2-0 overall after falling to No. 2 UW-Stevens Point 4-1 and defeating UW-Stout 4-3 in overtime last weekend in St. Peter. The Cobbers come in at 2-2-0 overall after falling to UW-River Falls 4-3 and defeating UW-Superior 2-1 last weekend in Moorhead.
