Men’s Soccer Set To Battle St. Scholastica In First Round Of NCAA Tournament Posted on November 15th, 2013 by

St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s soccer team is set to face the College of St. Scholastica in the opening round the NCAA Tournament on Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. on the Gustie Soccer Field.  Gustavus earned an at-large bid into this season’s NCAA Tournament and will enter the weekend with an overall record of 13-3-1.  St. Scholastica won the UMAC regular season title and then later the playoff championship with a 4-1 win over Minnesota Morris.  The Saints head into the tournament on a six-match winning-streak with an overall mark of 17-2-3.

1:30 p.m. – Winners of first round matches.

TICKET INFORMATION: Tickets will go on sale at the entrance gate one hour prior to the start of the day’s opening match.  General admission prices are $6 for adults, $3 for seniors and students, $2 for children ages 3-to-12, and free for children 2 and under.
