Women’s Soccer Opens MIAC Play, Hosts Carleton Wednesday Posted on September 17th, 2013 by

St. Peter, Minn. – After a week without a match, the Gustavus Adolphus women’s soccer team is set to open Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play on Wednesday, Sept. 18th when it plays host to Carleton College at the Gustie Soccer Field. The Gusties are coming off a 6-2 win over Martin Luther last week and will look for a fourth straight win as they come into the match with a season record of 3-1-0.  Meanwhile, Carleton is coming off a 1-1 tie with UW-Stevens Point and posts a record of 1-3-1. Wednesday’s kickoff is set for 4:00 p.m.
