St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus Adolphus men’s hockey team will look to close out 2012 on a high note with a pair of non-conference tests this weekend at Don Roberts Ice Rink. The Gusties enter the weekend with an overall record of 6-5-1 after earning their first series sweep of the season last Friday and Saturday against Augsburg. The Black and Gold will face Lawrence University on Friday at 7:05 p.m. before taking on UW-Superior at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday. Lawrence comes in at 4-6-0 overall, while UW-Superior is ranked No. 10 in the country at 8-2-1.
Live video and live stats will be provided for both this weekend’s games. The mini mites of the the St. Peter Youth Hockey Association will be skating during the first intermission of Friday’s game against Lawrence. Fans are encouraged to stick around and cheer on the young Bulldogs.
