Women’s Hockey Stays At No. 3 In Latest USCHO.com Poll Posted on November 12th, 2012 by

St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus women’s hockey team retained its spot at No. 3 in the latest USCHO.com poll, released on Monday.  After a sweep over Bethel last weekend, the Gusties boast a record of 3-0-0 (2-0-0 MIAC) to start the season.  It is the third consecutive week the Gustie women have ranked No. 3 in the poll.

Norwich and Plattsburgh remained No. 1 and No. 2 in the poll, respectively, while MIAC foe St. Thomas enters the top 10 for the first time this season at No. 10.

The Gusties will square off in a two-game series against the Tommies this weekend.  Friday night’s game in Mendota Heights, Minn., is set for a 7:30 p.m. start.  Saturday’s afternoon game in St. Peter is set for a 2:00 p.m. start.
