St. Peter, Minn. – The Gustavus men’s hockey team maintained its No. 5 ranking in the most recent USCHO.com Division III Men’s Poll released on Monday, Nov. 5.
The Gusties are coming off a weekend in which they split with NCHA opponents UW-Stevens Point and St. Norbert College at Don Roberts Ice Rink. Gustavus fell 3-2 on Friday night to the Pointers before bouncing back with a 2-1 win over then No. 1 ranked St. Norbert on Saturday.
Gustavus enters the opening weekend of conference play with an overall record of 3-1-0. The Gusties will travel to Blaine to face Bethel at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. They will then cap the series at home on Saturday night at 7:05 p.m.
