After a disappointing 5-1 loss at the University of Wisconsin-Superior Tuesday night, the Gustavus women’s hockey team returns to MIAC action this weekend against Hamline University. The Gusties enter as the No. 5 team in the land with a 14-1-2 overall record and 9-0-1 mark in the MIAC, while the Pipers are currently riding a program-record four-game win streak at 8-7-2 overall and 4-5-1 in conference play. Friday, the two squads face off at Warner Coliseum in St. Paul at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday they journey to St. Peter for a 2:00 p.m. faceoff at Don Roberts Ice Rink.
