Men’s Golf Places 10th Out Of 20 At Saint John’s Invitational Posted on September 20th, 2009 by

The Gustavus men’s golf team posted a 36-hole team total of 320-314–634 to place 10th out of 20 teams at the Saint John’s Invitational which was played at Greystone Golf Course on Saturday and Blackberry Ridge Golf Course on Sunday. Host Saint John’s won the tournament with a total of 300-296–596. Individually, Saul Menendez led Gustavus as he placed 23rd with a total of 81-75–156. The Gustavus Black team posted a team total of 321-324–645 and placed 14th. Trevor Gervais fired the top score for the Black squad recording a score of 78-80–158, which good for 33rd place.
