Ricky Copeland
Gustavus Adolphus College junior Ricky Copeland (Mahtomedi, Minn.) has been named MIAC Golfer of the Week by the league’s golf coaches. Copeland shot 74-73 (+3) to finish in sixth place out of 123 golfers at the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational at the Ironwood Golf Course in Normal, Ill. Copeland’s total of 147 led Gustavus to an eighth-place finish (302-320–622) in the 22-team invitational.
