The Gustavus women’s golf team holds an eight shot lead against Wartburg College after the first day of the important dual between the two nationally rated squads. The Gusties fired a first day total of 327, while Wartburg posted a total of 335. Gustavus is rated fourth nationally and Wartburg is rated ninth. The two teams will play the final 18 holes tomorrow. Both rounds are being played at LeSueur Country Club in LeSueur, Minnesota.
