The Gustavus men’s tennis team will head to southern California for three matches in the Los Angeles area, while also participating in a tournament in Indian Wells.
Coach Steve Wilkinson’s squad will begin the trip with a match against Pomona-Pitzer on Tuesday, March 29 at 2:00 pm (PST). On Wednesday, the team will face #5 University of Redlands. The Gusties defeated the Bulldogs 6-1 at the ITA Indoor Championships which took place at Gustavus on February 27. Then on Thursday, the Gusties will face Azusa Pacific University,which is ranked #1 in the NAIA poll.
On Friday, April 1 the team travels to Indian Wells to play a tournament at the site of the recent Pacific Life Open.
