Gustavus senior Kristin Petersen won the NCAA Division III Championship in the discus on Friday afternoon. The meet is being held at Millikin University in Decatur, Illinois.

Women’s Track & Field Qualifies Two Individuals and One Relay Team for NCAA Championships

The Gustavus Adolphus College women's track field team have qualified two individuals and one relay team for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The championships will be hosted by Millikan University May 27-29 in Decatur, Illinois.

Six Baseball Players Earn All-Conference Honors

The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced the 2004 baseball awards in the past week and Gustavus figured notably in the awards. Six Gusties were named to the All-Conference team, and sophomore Ben Sherer was named MIAC Player of the Year.

Audrey Lenoch Named to NFCA Division III All-America Team

Gustavus Adolphus College sophomore Audrey Lenoch (Pine Island, Minn.) has been named to the 2004 Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches Association Division III All-America Team for the second consecutive year.

Baseball Team Falls 6-5 to St. Thomas in MIAC Championship Game

The Gustavus baseball team lost 6-5 to St. Thomas in the MIAC Playoff Championship game in Dundas, Minn. on Saturday afternoon. The Gusties conclude their season at 29-15.

Rough First Day For Men’s Tennis at Individual Tournament

It was a rough first day for the Gusties at the NCAA singles and doubles tournaments as Loren Collins and Adam Morgan and Brett Morse-Karzen were upset in the first round.

Women’s Tennis Starts Play In NCAA Individual Tournament

The Gustavus women's tennis team began play in the individual portion of the NCAA Championships on Saturday. The tournament is being played in Memphis, Tennessee.
