The Gustavus women’s hockey team defeated Concordia 6-0 to complete its weekend sweep of the Cobbers and improve to 12-0-0 in the MIAC. The Gusties were led by Andrea Peterson who recorded two goals. Peterson tallied four goals in the two-game series.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team stayed unbeaten in MIAC play with a 7-1 win over Concordia in St. Peter on Friday night. Andrea Peterson and Kelly Crandall scored two goals each to lead the Gusties who have now won 27 straight MIAC regular season games.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team had its six-game winning streak snapped with a surprising 5-1 loss at UW-Stevens Point on Sunday afternoon. The #2 ranked Gusties had beaten the #5 ranked Pointers 6-4 earlier this season.

The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s hockey team will have Friday and Saturday off, but will head back into action starting Sunday with a tough rematch against fifth ranked UW-Stevens Point followed by a rematch with tenth ranked UW-Superior on Tuesday.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team completed its season sweep of MIAC opponent Saint Mary’s Sunday beating the Cardinals 6-0 at Don Roberts Rink. Six players scored for the Gusties, while Gustavus’ Kara Meyer and Danielle Koopman combined for the shutout.

The Gustavus Adolphus College women’s hockey team will face St. Mary’s University in another key MIAC series this weekend. The Gusties, who are currently ranked #3 in the USCHO.com poll, are coming off a two-game sweep of St. Olaf.

The Gustavus women’s hockey team defeated St. Olaf 8-1 in Northfield Saturday afternoon to maintain its position atop the MIAC with a record of 8-0-0. Andrea Peterson, Molly Doyle and Ingrid Neve each scored twice for the Gusties.
